CPM employees are experienced in both General Contracting and Construction Management.  We have the technical experience and business acumen to successfully complete a project on time and within budget.  We are also skilled communicators and know how to build a team that functions well (and that hopefully enjoys the work too!).  We are aggressive in our endeavors but also take the time to listen to clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.  

Long after our projects are complete, we continue to maintain the relationships developed onsite.
